Andrea is a thoughtful and intuitive therapist who brings a holistic, mind-body approach to her work. She earned her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and holds an MBA from Corvinus University of Budapest in Hungary. In addition to her clinical training, Andrea is a certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a 500-hour Registered Yoga Instructor trained in Yoga Therapy at The Mindfulness Center, and a Group Fitness Instructor certified by AFAA NASM.
Her therapeutic style is integrative, heart-centered, and attuned to the deeper layers of each client’s experience. Andrea creates a warm, open, and nonjudgmental space where clients can safely reconnect with themselves, release emotional blocks, and explore what it means to live with greater clarity, alignment, and purpose. She believes that healing is a full-body experience and often incorporates mindfulness practices, breathwork, meditation, movement, and oracle cards into her sessions for clients who are open to holistic approaches.
Andrea specializes in supporting adults and young adults who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, emotional stuckness, and a desire for deeper self-awareness. Many of her clients come to therapy feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or out of balance and are seeking a more grounded and authentic relationship with themselves. She works especially well with individuals who are curious about exploring alternative healing modalities alongside traditional talk therapy.
In her clinical work, Andrea draws from Narrative Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and yoga therapy to help clients explore their personal stories, shift long-held patterns, and restore balance across the mental, physical, and spiritual levels. Each session is uniquely tailored to the client’s needs and offers a supportive space for reflection, growth, and meaningful change.
Outside of the therapy room, Andrea finds joy in dancing, practicing yoga and Pilates, traveling, and discovering new ways to integrate creativity and movement into daily life. A playful and curious spirit, she is passionate about using music, mindfulness, and holistic practices to cultivate connection, joy, and self-expression both personally and professionally.
