Our Services

  • The Power of Mindfulness

    Discover practical techniques for integrating mindfulness into daily routines to help students reduce stress, enhance focus, and build emotional regulation skills. This training equips educators with simple, effective strategies to create a calmer, more focused learning environment. Available as a one-time workshop or as part of ongoing professional development to support long-term implementation and school-wide wellness.

  • Restorative Practices

    A variety of trainings are available, including Creating Classroom Communities, Understanding Social Discipline, Non-Violent Communication, RP MythBusters, and two International Institute for Restorative Practices Certified Programs. These sessions focus on building community, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive school culture.

    IIRP- Certified Programs:

    Restorative Practices for Educators: A two-day training on engaging students, staff, and parents.

    Restorative Justice Conferencing: A two-day training on leading formal conferences to address harm and restore relationships.

  • Trauma-Informed Educational Practices

    Learn how to recognize the signs of trauma and respond effectively with strategies that promote healing, resilience, and emotional safety. This training empowers educators to create supportive, trauma-sensitive learning environments where all students can thrive. Available as a single professional development session or as ongoing support throughout the school year to build and sustain a trauma-informed approach school-wide.
