Acupunture
At MJA, we believe in a whole-person approach to mental health, and we're proud to now offer acupuncture as part of our integrative wellness services.
Acupuncture is a safe, evidence-based practice that helps restore balance within the body by stimulating key points along energy pathways. It has been shown to:
Reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression
Improve sleep quality
Relieve chronic pain and tension
Support emotional regulation and stress relief
Acupuncture works beautifully alongside therapy and psychiatric care, helping to regulate the nervous system and promote deeper healing. Whether you're managing a mental health condition or simply looking to feel more grounded and resilient, acupuncture can be a powerful addition to your care.
