  • Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but we’re here to make it comfortable and supportive. Your first session is about getting to know you, understanding your goals, and discussing how therapy can help. It’s a conversation, not an interrogation.

  • If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply want support with personal growth, therapy can be a great place to start. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from talking to a professional.

  • We’ll help match you with a therapist based on your needs, preferences, and goals. Building a good connection is key, and we’re happy to adjust if the first fit isn’t quite right.

  • Just yourself. All paperwork is completed prior to session via our EHR system.
