MJA Behavioral Health and Wellness offers a robust internship program for graduate students pursuing degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or Clinical Social Work, specifically those in their second year or advanced standing.

To be eligible, interns must be enrolled in an accredited graduate-level program. Our internship experience includes over three hours of weekly supervision, featuring Weekly Intern Group Supervision, Weekly Individual Supervision, and Weekly Group Supervision. Interns also benefit from Monthly Case Collaborations and Quarterly Practice Trainings designed to deepen clinical skills and promote professional development. With a diverse caseload that spans children (ages 4+) to older adults, interns engage in individual, couples, family, group, and telehealth therapy formats.

We offer flexible hours Monday through Friday, 9am to 8pm, to accommodate academic schedules. At MJA, our dedicated clinicians are committed to supporting interns through shadowing opportunities, collaborative discussions, and personalized mentorship to help prepare them for successful careers in the mental health field.

At this time, we are not accepting interns. Please feel free to check back in the spring.
