Nicole is an LPC-A who has completed a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Sacred Heart University. Nicole has led a fast-paced career in the garment district before having children and moving to Connecticut. Nicole’s teenage daughters have motivated her to pursue counseling and her passion for connecting with individuals.

Nicole’s approach is person-centered, and she possess a deep sense of empathy and unconditional positive regard for others. She has an innate ability to see various perspectives and understand the emotions and motivations behind them. She aims to convey her empathy while individualizing treatment using a clients strengths, CBT techniques, mindfulness, and more.

Together, we can find your path and begin to heal and grow. Nicole offers a safe space for adults, adolescents, and children to explore feelings, build coping skills, and improve daily functioning.
