Eryn is a compassionate and collaborative therapist who is dedicated to walking alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner strengths. She holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Illinois and has a deep-rooted passion for helping others that began during her undergraduate years. Through multiple alternative spring break trips, Eryn served in vulnerable communities, including rehabilitation centers and homeless shelters. These formative experiences confirmed her desire to pursue a career focused on supporting individuals through life’s most difficult moments.
Eryn strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Her approach to therapy is warm, honest, and deeply collaborative. She believes therapy is a partnership, where clients are met with compassion, curiosity, and the tools to build lasting resilience.
Eryn works primarily with adults and adolescents who are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, and eating disorders. She draws from a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, grounding techniques, Motivational Interviewing, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused strategies. Eryn tailors her approach to each individual, helping clients develop healthier thought patterns and practical tools for everyday life.
Outside of the therapy room, Eryn enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and being in nature with her dog Winston. She also has a deep love for musical theater and finds joy in creativity, music, and meaningful connection.
