Waltecia Stephenson is a Licensed Master Social Worker who has a Master of Science in Social Work from Sacred Heart University. She enjoys working with adolescence, families, couples, and adults in a wide range of ages.

Waltecia has a wide variety of experience working with clients with anxiety, depression, personality disorder, self-harm/suicidal ideations, substance/alcohol use, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, developmental disabilities, and more. Waltecia meets her clients where they are, she believes her clients are the expert of their own lives!

Waltecia utilizes a client – centered, humanistic approach, mindfulness, family-systems, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy. Waltecia has experience in group work, mental health services, case management, residential settings, and school-based clinics in addition to extensive inpatient hospital experience.

Her personal interests include spending time with her family, especially her husband and children, as well as shopping, reading, and going to the gym.
