Tiandre Forde is a compassionate and dedicated Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about fostering healing and growth for individuals, couples, and families. She earned her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Central Connecticut State University. Drawn to the helping professions from an early age, she found that therapy offered a powerful and preventative way to support people through life’s challenges.

She creates a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. With warmth and empathy, Tiandre is committed to understanding each client’s unique story and tailoring sessions to meet their specific needs. Her approach is integrative and flexible, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities to empower clients on their path toward healing and resilience.

Tiandre works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, ADHD, and major life transitions. She helps clients identify patterns in their thoughts and behaviors, strengthen coping skills, and co-create meaningful solutions that foster personal growth and stronger relationships.

In her clinical work, Tiandre incorporates CBT, DBT, IFS, TRE, Narrative Therapy, Art Therapy, and EMDR to provide clients with both structure and creativity in their healing journey. She believes in helping people reclaim their voice, take up space in their lives, and begin living authentically and fully for themselves.

Outside of the therapy room, Tiandre enjoys picnics on the beach, reading, working out, creating art, and spending time with friends and family.
