Rebecca is a warm and intuitive Art Therapist (ATR-P) and Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) who is passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their most authentic self through creativity, compassion, and curiosity. She holds a Master of Arts in Art Therapy and Counseling from Albertus Magnus College and has experience working with veterans, children with special needs, and both adolescents and adults.

Rebecca provides a supportive and nurturing space where clients feel safe, seen, and empowered. She works with individuals navigating mental health challenges, trauma, life transitions, grief, body image concerns, addiction, and identity exploration. She has a particular passion for supporting military families, women, neurodiverse individuals, LGBTQ+ clients, and those healing from spiritual or religious trauma.

Her therapeutic approach draws from Jungian, Gestalt, existential, feminist, trauma-informed, and person-centered frameworks. Rebecca believes that healing happens where science meets soul. She incorporates somatic practices, mindfulness, energy work, nature-based art therapy, and spirituality into her sessions, always honoring each client’s personal beliefs and preferences.

Rebecca invites clients into a creative and collaborative process where they can unmask, build resilience, and grow with intention. Her presence is nurturing yet empowering, offering both comfort and courage for those ready to heal and transform.

Outside of her work as a therapist, Rebecca is a mother of two, a military spouse, and a second-generation cult survivor. She brings a deep well of lived experience to her clinical work, along with over 15 years of experience in graphic design. A lifelong artist, she is skilled in a wide range of creative mediums. In her free time, she enjoys being with family and friends, creating art, reading, spending time in nature, practicing yoga and meditation, and traveling.
