A woman with dark, wavy hair and tattoos on her left arm, wearing a white textured sleeveless top and gray plaid pants, sitting on a teal chair in an indoor space, with a side table decorated with a sculpture, a small plant, and stacked stones behind her.

Nicole is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who is committed to helping clients feel understood, supported, and more hopeful as they navigate life’s challenges. She believes that finding the right therapeutic connection can be an important part of the healing process and strives to create a safe, collaborative environment where clients can explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change.

Nicole creates a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can slow down, reflect, and feel less alone in what they are experiencing. She works collaboratively with clients to better understand their experiences, identify strengths, develop practical strategies, and navigate difficult or overwhelming circumstances with greater confidence and clarity.

Nicole works with teens and adults navigating grief and loss, life transitions, stress, disconnection, and other emotional challenges. She also supports women experiencing the physical and emotional changes associated with perimenopause, including shifts in mood, sleep, energy, confidence, relationships, and sense of self. Nicole provides a compassionate space to explore these changes while developing strategies to manage stress, strengthen emotional well-being, and reconnect with oneself.

In her clinical work, Nicole draws from mindfulness-based practices, meditation, and solution-focused strategies to help clients develop greater self-awareness, manage stress, and identify meaningful steps forward. Her approach is individualized and collaborative, recognizing that therapy does not look the same for everyone.

Nicole believes therapy does not require having all the answers. Instead, it can provide a space to pause, feel understood, gain new perspectives, and discover the strengths and tools needed to move forward. Her goal is to help clients feel more grounded, connected, and confident as they create a path that feels meaningful to them.

Outside of the therapy room, Nicole enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring wellness practices, and finding opportunities for reflection and connection.
