Nicole Gregory, LPC-A
Nicole Gregory is a thoughtful and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who is passionate about supporting teens, young adults, adults, and families through the many emotional and developmental challenges of life. She holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Sacred Heart University. During her time as a Division I Equestrian team member, she discovered her love for Equine-Assisted Therapy, which continues to influence her appreciation for connection, emotional awareness, and resilience.
Nicole is committed to creating a safe, warm, and affirming environment where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered. Her therapeutic style is empathetic, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices. She encourages clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and patterns with curiosity and compassion, helping them build confidence and develop skills that foster meaningful, lasting growth.
Nicole specializes in working with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, identity exploration, relationship stress, and major life transitions. She also works closely with children and families experiencing challenges related to emotional regulation, communication, confidence, and social or academic stress. Her goal is to help each client deepen their self-understanding, strengthen coping strategies, and feel more grounded and in control of their experiences.
Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed approaches, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused and person-centered techniques, Nicole tailors each session to meet her clients’ unique needs. She incorporates behavioral strategies, planning and organizing tools, and strength-based interventions to support real-world application and sustainable progress. Her sessions are interactive, creative, and developmentally attuned, designed to meet clients exactly where they are.
