Jill is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She received a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Western Connecticut State University and later earned a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fairfield University.

Throughout her career, Jill has worked with adolescents, individuals, couples and families. She was employed as a behavioral health clinician at an agency for over eight years. Jill also has experience working with people with disabilities.

Jill’s a therapist who listens with an empathetic ear to better understand the client's experiences. She believes in focusing on their strengths and helping them build on those. Jill enjoys getting to know people and is curious about their lives. She shows a compassionate and relatable approach that builds on the therapeutic relationship.

As an MFT, she focuses on exploring all aspects of a person's life. Part of getting to know a person is to get an understanding of their relationships. She focuses therapy with an emphasis on relationships and family dynamics and looking at patterns of behaviors, and finding solutions to enhance interactions.

Jill is a mother of two teens. She enjoys spending time with her family, going to concerts (and being a groupie at her husband's gigs), and hiking with her dog.
