He earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sacred Heart University and his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Western Connecticut State University. Hunter possesses a deep sense of empathy and enjoys forming connections with others and getting to know them on a deeper level. He has experience working as a recovery coach in the addiction and recovery community and has a passion for helping those facing similar issues. Hunter comes from a strengths-based perspective and uses CBT and mindfulness techniques to help others make meaningful life changes. Together, we can work towards healing and growth. Through exploration of feelings, learning coping skills, and increasing motivation, Hunter can help those who are looking to gain a deeper sense of self and make improvements in their daily life and functioning so they can have a greater sense of joy and fulfillment.
