Hannah Bucciferro is a warm and creative Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and Provisional Registered Art Therapist who is passionate about helping clients find balance, understanding, and renewed motivation in their lives. She earned her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Art Therapy from Lesley University in Boston, and her B.A. in Psychology from SUNY New Paltz. With a strong studio art background, Hannah incorporates a variety of art mediums into her practice to foster expression and self-discovery.

Hannah believes that healing begins with empathy and feeling truly understood. Her approach is explorative and client-centered, creating a supportive space where individuals can safely examine their emotions, experiences, and goals. She works collaboratively with clients to identify what motivates them and empowers them to make meaningful change at their own pace.

Hannah has experience working with pre-teens, teens, and adults navigating mood disorders, anxiety and stress, trauma symptoms, and major life transitions. Drawing from art therapy, CBT, ACT, and narrative therapy, she helps clients develop coping skills, enhance emotional awareness, and cultivate resilience. Her trauma-informed framework ensures that each session honors the client’s unique story and emotional safety.

She believes that understanding is the root of healing, and her goal is to help clients feel more aligned, stable, and confident in all areas of life.

Outside the therapy room, Hannah enjoys exploring new sushi and coffee spots, working on arts and crafts projects, spending quality time with family and friends, and attending concerts. Her creative energy and compassionate spirit extend beyond her work, enriching both her personal life and her therapeutic approach.
