Hannah is a thoughtful and creative Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and Provisionally Registered Art Therapist who is passionate about helping clients explore their inner world and build a more authentic, values-driven life. She holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Expressive Therapies from Lesley University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from SUNY New Paltz. Hannah has always been drawn to the arts and found a meaningful way to integrate her creativity with her natural curiosity and empathy for others through her clinical work.

Hannah creates a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to express themselves openly. She takes a collaborative and humanistic approach, meeting clients where they are and working together to better understand their motivations, values, and emotional experiences. She believes that increasing self-awareness and embracing authenticity are key components of healing and personal growth.

Hannah specializes in working with preteens, teens, and adults navigating life transitions, burnout, and mood-related challenges, including anxiety, depression, and OCD. She also supports individuals experiencing stress and seeking greater clarity and balance in their lives. Her goal is to help clients feel more confident in themselves while developing the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges with resilience.

In her clinical work, Hannah integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT-informed strategies, and mindfulness practices. She also incorporates art therapy and creative expression as a powerful way for clients to process emotions, gain insight, and communicate in ways that may feel more natural than words alone. Her approach is flexible and tailored to each client’s unique needs, blending evidence-based techniques with creativity and compassion.

Outside of the therapy room, Hannah enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on road trips, and staying active at the gym. She also loves caring for her pet gecko and is always open to trying new experiences and exploring new interests.
