Glenda O’Connell, Director of Operations

Glenda comes to MJA Behavioral Health and Wellness with a background in Business Administration and Early Childhood Education. She brings decades of diverse experience in industries such as hospitality, marketing, conference planning, education, and mental health. Glenda is known for her strengths in organization, communication, attention to detail, leadership, and building positive workplace culture.

Glenda is passionate about supporting others and takes pride in gently guiding clients toward positive change. She excels in creating structured systems that help turn big ideas into practical outcomes, making her a valuable asset to the MJA team.

Outside of work, Glenda enjoys spending time with her family, discovering new restaurants, taking long walks, and sharing espresso-fueled conversations with friends.

As the Director of Operations, Glenda supports the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the practice. Her role includes managing staff and workflow, overseeing scheduling and compliance, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and quality standards, and collaborating with clinical leadership. She also leads efforts in performance improvement, budgeting, and strategic planning to ensure a well-functioning, client-centered practice.
