A woman with long blonde hair, wearing glasses and a red patterned blouse, sitting on a green chair in a room with beige walls. Behind her, on a small white table, there is a decorative wooden tree, a vase with white flowers, and a stack of smooth stones.

Elena is a compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker who is committed to supporting each client’s individual journey toward greater wellness, self-understanding, and emotional well-being. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University and her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Restorative Justice from the University of Saint Joseph. Elena is passionate about using evidence-based therapeutic interventions while recognizing that meaningful growth looks different for every individual.

Elena creates a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, better understand themselves, and develop insight into patterns that may be impacting their lives. Her approach is collaborative, individualized, and strengths-based, with an emphasis on increasing self-awareness, improving daily functioning, and moving beyond patterns that may have historically limited growth.

Elena primarily works with young adults, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, low self-esteem, and significant life changes. She also has a particular interest in supporting women through fertility and postpartum experiences, as well as individuals navigating relationship concerns, attachment, identity, and family dynamics or conflict.

In her clinical work, Elena integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, solution-focused techniques, and expressive therapies. She works collaboratively with clients to explore behavioral and communication patterns, strengthen their sense of self, and develop practical coping skills. Her approach is tailored to each individual’s needs and goals, with the intention of helping clients create healthier patterns and more fulfilling relationships.

Elena is committed to helping clients move toward greater self-compassion, self-empowerment, and self-actualization. She believes that everyone has the capacity to develop a version of themselves that supports healthy functioning, emotional stability, and positive relationships. Her goal is to walk alongside clients as they build the insight, confidence, and skills needed to create meaningful and sustainable change.

Outside of the therapy room, Elena is a mother of three who loves spending time with her family and enjoying days at the beach. She is also the proud owner of a 90-pound rescue Catahoula Leopard Dog who considers herself one of the kids and keeps the family active with plenty of hikes. For Elena, spending time outdoors is one of her favorite ways to find peace, connection, and tranquility.
