Christina works with young adults, adults, and geriatric clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, or relationship challenges. She also supports individuals navigating adjustment disorders, light trauma, and those in early or sustained recovery from substance or alcohol use.
In her clinical work, Christina utilizes a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and solution-focused techniques. She also incorporates strengths-based perspectives, psychoeducation, and psychodynamic insights to help clients better understand their experiences and develop effective coping strategies. Christina works collaboratively with her clients to explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns influencing their current challenges while building practical tools that support growth and resilience.
Outside of the therapy room, Christina enjoys building models, trying new recipes, and spending time with her family, friends, and her cats. She also enjoys traveling, visiting new places, and experiencing different cultures.
