Brianna is a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who is passionate about walking alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful growth and healing. She earned both her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and her Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Human Services from the University of Bridgeport. Brianna is dedicated to creating a therapeutic experience where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout their journey.
Brianna believes that healing begins with feeling seen and heard. She creates a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly share their experiences, process difficult emotions, and develop greater self-awareness. Her approach emphasizes connection, compassion, and resilience while helping clients build confidence and move toward the person they want to become.
Brianna works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating a variety of emotional and life challenges. She supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, stress, substance use, and significant life transitions. She works collaboratively with clients to help them develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen emotional resilience, and create meaningful change in their everyday lives.
In her clinical work, Brianna takes a collaborative and client-centered approach, tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, person-centered techniques, and strengths-based approaches to help clients gain insight, manage difficult emotions, and develop practical skills that support lasting growth.
Brianna believes that every client has the ability to grow and create positive change with the right support. Her goal is to help clients feel more confident in themselves, better equipped to navigate life’s challenges, and empowered to build a life that feels meaningful to them.
Outside of the therapy room, Brianna enjoys spending quality time with her family, going on long walks, reading a good book, and going out for ice cream. She appreciates being present in the moment and finds joy in the simple experiences that bring connection, peace, and balance to everyday life.
