Her approach is warm and empowering, focusing on helping clients identify and build upon their existing strengths. She believes that each individual already possesses the tools needed for growth, and her role is to help bring those strengths to light.
Ashley has experience working with both adolescents and older adults, supporting clients through challenges related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-esteem. She is dedicated to helping clients better understand themselves, build confidence, and develop skills to navigate life’s changes more effectively.
In her clinical work, Ashley utilizes a strengths-based perspective, guiding clients to recognize their abilities and resilience. She works collaboratively with clients to help them tap into their inner resources and apply those strengths toward meaningful and lasting change.
Ashley believes that sometimes having an unbiased and supportive person can make all the difference in helping individuals recognize their potential and move forward with confidence.
Outside of the therapy room, Ashley enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and listening to music. She especially loves warm weather and finds joy in relaxing at the beach.
