Sabine is a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Psychiatric Nursing from Fairfield University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Bridgeport. Her interest in psychiatry began during her early work with patients facing complex mental health challenges, where she witnessed the impact of compassionate, evidence-based care in helping individuals move toward healing and stability.

Sabine is committed to creating a supportive and culturally sensitive environment where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered. Her approach is patient-centered and collaborative, with a strong focus on safety, education, and building trust throughout the therapeutic process.

She works with adults and young adults experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and difficulties with coping and adjustment, as well as individuals living with psychiatric conditions such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Sabine also has experience in crisis intervention and in supporting patients and families during acute psychiatric episodes.

In her clinical work, Sabine integrates medication management with supportive psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and motivational interviewing. She incorporates cognitive-behavioral strategies and draws on her group facilitation skills to help clients develop coping tools and build emotional resilience. Her mission is to provide respectful, personalized care that helps clients find stability, confidence, and a path forward rooted in their strengths.

Outside of her work, Sabine enjoys volunteering in her community and spending time with her family. She also enjoys cooking, reading, listening to music, and traveling. A lover of languages and culture, she speaks English, French, Creole, and Spanish, and finds joy in connecting with people from all backgrounds.
