Andrea Krizbai, LMFT-A
Andrea is a thoughtful and compassionate therapist who brings a holistic, mind-body perspective to her clinical work. She earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and holds an MBA from Corvinus University of Budapest in Hungary. In addition to her clinical training, Andrea is a certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a 500-hour Registered Yoga Instructor with training in Yoga Therapy through The Mindfulness Center, and a Group Fitness Instructor certified by AFAA NASM.
Andrea creates a warm, open, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where clients feel safe to reconnect with themselves and explore their experiences with greater awareness and curiosity. Her approach is integrative and heart-centered, recognizing the connection between emotional, physical, and overall well-being. When appropriate and aligned with a client’s preferences, she incorporates mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, movement, and oracle cards into the therapeutic process.
Andrea works with adults and young adults who may be navigating life transitions, anxiety, emotional stuckness, and a desire for greater self-awareness. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals who may feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or out of balance and are looking to develop a more grounded and authentic relationship with themselves. Andrea welcomes clients who are interested in exploring holistic practices alongside traditional talk therapy.
In her clinical work, Andrea draws from Narrative Therapy-informed, mindfulness-informed, and yoga therapy-informed approaches. She helps clients explore their personal stories, recognize patterns that may no longer serve them, and develop greater balance and self-awareness. Andrea tailors her approach to each client’s individual needs, preferences, and goals.
Andrea believes that meaningful healing can involve the whole person and that therapy can be an opportunity to reconnect with yourself on multiple levels. Her goal is to help clients develop greater clarity, self-awareness, and alignment while creating space for reflection, growth, and meaningful change.
Outside of the therapy room, Andrea enjoys dancing, practicing yoga and Pilates, traveling, and finding creative ways to incorporate movement and mindfulness into everyday life. She is passionate about music, creativity, and holistic practices and enjoys finding opportunities to cultivate connection, joy, and self-expression.
